HI all, i'm 69 years old and gradually approaching the conclusion of my life and in in my old age it's getting more difficult to keep up with my grand kids... no surprise there because i haven't worked out in years haha. anyone have any tips for someone drawing near their seventies can do to feel young again? thanks!

Iowa State, 39.5 10. Pittsburgh, 33 Sentes and Miller were both hurt last year. Sentes wasn't big enough last year for 133. Both should be stronger and healthy this year. As a team, if CMU wrestles well at the NCAA's they could do well. Should be an exciting year.

For the most part, OSU's board is conversation about wrestling, starters, competition next year, etc.....but our board is a cryfest over people bashing Spates, and how they have inside knowledge that someone else doesn't have. SHUT UP. We don't care if you don't like Jack. I'm not his biggest fan....but he is the coach. Does Sammy run a lot of practice now? Yea. Did it work out great last year? Yea. Does it matter as long as the team is getter better what or who spends more time at morning workouts? . Man, give it a rest. Talk about wrestling. Talk about our 165lber who was an All-American last year...whose gonna push him in the room? Who will he compete against in the Big 12? Talk about Zack Bailey...can he make it to the NCAA finals this year? Our board looks like it is a bunch of uninformed idiots who dont talk wrestling, b/c they dont know wrestling....therefore they cry about Spates and moan about their opinion of him.
