FOR THE INDIVIDUAL RESULTS:
Try Not Leave ANY Box Blank, but if you must its O.K.
You CAN Leave an Entire Row Blank if you didn't have any data.

In the Type Column, Click on the Down Arrow, Move Your Mouse Pointer to Highlight
the Type of Decision it was and Left Click to Choose it. In the Event of Match
Termination, Choose the Correct Type, and Enter the Time of Termination in the Score. X:XX
REMEBER, use the Tab Key to go Between Fields. If you accidentaly hit the Enter
and send the Data Early, you should receive a message that data is blank and a link back to this form.
Click on the Go Back and Fill in which should bring back your partially filled out form.
